Hi, If these mailboxes have been placed within the incorrect account, then, no, the mailbox cannot be moved between accounts as Brad mentioned. If the mailbox is still connected to specific account, but you wish it to be at a different level of that account, then you should be able to drag and drop using the old fashioned method. The VO-comma/Vo-period method will result in that error message often as the items being dragged need to be visible at all times. The older Drag & Drop method does not require this restriction. To attempt a Drag & Drop using the older method, do the following:
• navigate to the folder you wish to move. • press VO-cmd-f5 to ensure that the VO cursor is routed to the mouse cursor. • press VO-shift-cmd-space to invoke the mouse-down action. • navigate to the place you’d like to drop it. • press VO-cmd-f5 to ensure the VO cursor and mouse cursor are in the same place. • press VO-shift-cmd-space to invoke the mouse-up action, which should drop your mailbox in that location.
