Fazil, Given the type of questions you are posting, I think you would benefit by visiting the Applevis web site and start reading the basic voiceover and Mac tutorials there.
Also macfortheblind.com <http://macfortheblind.com/> has several learning modules for new users, some of which are free, and others come at a cost. Voiceover is not an easy interface when you’re coming from a Windows environment — I know because I was there a couple years ago.
