Amazon works just fine on the Mac. To have a better experience, in navigation under utilities, set the mouse pointer to Move the VO cursor. As for the phone, they have definitely broken the app. A browser might work, but I understand those have been problematic on the phone as well. Still, I wonder if you use the desktop version if that would help.
