Yes, well this new one better be good because I am Planning to keep it for a good long while. If it were not for Apple Silicon, I would be sticking with my 2019 MacBook Pro 13 for a bit longer. I upgraded my wife’s 2015 21.5" iMac earlier this summer, to a new 24" M1 iMac, and was very impressed with the performance of the new processor, and decided that while the 2019 Intel model was still doing the job for me, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to upgrade to Apple Silicon myself.
