I think that they're confused. If you install Logic, that automatically includes installs all of the Jam Packs. The Jam Packs are accessible from GB. So, installing Logic adds instrument sounds to GB. You could get those same sounds by just purchasing and installing the Jam Packs, though.
You do get some extra loops with Logic that aren't part of GB, I think.
