OK, very convoluted. 
First press the edit button and delete the US braille table, and then go back 
to the list of braille tables.
Now double tab Unified English keyboard and select US braille.
Finally, press back.

It is a bit weird that the first braille table in the system can't be 
added/removed but must be modified, and that one can not change it to a code 
that is already in the rotor. 
It would be a lot more intuitive to be able to mark any item in the table as 
the primary braille code.
