Hello, I am running the latest Monterey on a 2018 iMac with an intel processor. I thought that Safari in Monterey would do OCR on images and so speak the text in those images. Alas that does not happen for me.Microsoft Edge does such OCR and does a great job speaking the text in images on a web page and also in a PDF file. Should I expect Safari to speak the text in images? I have image recognition set on in the VO utility. Do I need to do any other setup? Many thanks … Paul Hopewell
