Since the upgrade to Monterey, Voiceover is continually losing focus and going someplace else without any input from me. Sometimes it will go into another open app. Sometimes it will go from the email messages list into the message. It is never focused properly in the Music App. Is this a know issue, or something that is perhaps due to a configuration change I need to make?
