I'm thinking this may not be possible. It seems like the IOS version has a
lot of exclusive content that hes never ported over to the the android
version either. I also remember talking to the developer of speech central
when it comes to the Mac and I believe you have to have voices that are
supported in the in some different format. Meaning for example if text to
speech engines such as neospeech Doesn't have a Mac offering then it
wouldn't be possible to just allow it to only be within side the app like
it is on IOS.
