Hello Donna, While this does not exactly answer your question, my solution to tracking my blood pressure on iPhone was to purchase a talking blood pressure monitor from Maxi Aids.com.
Then, using the Shortcuts app, I created a shortcut, which I placed on the Today screen, which allows me to quickly enter the results of the device. The scenario looks like this: 1. Take my blood pressure via the talking blood pressure device. 2. Pick up iPhone and 3-finger swipe to get to the Today screen. 3. DoubleTap the Blood Pressure widget and the two edit fields appear on screen. 4. DoubleTap Done. When I write it out, it sounds quite long but the process takes less than a minute. I am certain I could assign a Siri voice command to launch the widget and, most likely, to prompt for the data but I have not yet explored this.
