About VO-Accent, it says moving windows and I don’t know what it means. Can a
blind person use this command?

Nothing, unless you have set up activities.
Next Question: What are activities?
They are a way to customize how VO behaves. You can either link them to an app
or a web page, or can activate them with the VO-X command.
