Hi Cliff. Yes, ProTools is accessible with voiceover. I have not used it for podcasts, but you can definitely use it for creating and mixing audio tracks and creating music. I haven’t used Garage Band in a while, so I’m not sure how accessible it is. I would like to use Garage Band again and Logic. I haven’t used Logic before.
