Lets assume you have ID's
Andy and Drew.
If you have Andy as the organizer of the Family, and then you add Drew as a
family member then both Andy's and Drw's purchases of Family sharable
applications will be available for no additional cost to your family members.
If you then remove Drew from the family, any family members who were using
apps that were purchased by Drew will no longer have access to those app.
As was earlier mentioned, if Charlotte who is for that software.
not family organizers purchase software and they do not have any Apple credit
in their account, then the Andy account's credit card will be charged, but the
official owner would be Charlotte
