Hi, It’s in System Preferences, Languages & Region. You should have a button in this pane that says “Add a preferred language”. A list of supported languages will come up in a table. Hinki is one of them. As my Mac read through them, it would read them out in their native tongue, then say Russian, or Hungarian, or Hindi etc. Hindi is one of the languages within this table. It does not appear to be alphabetical so you’ll likely have to go down a ways to find Hindi.
