Hello, Have you tried typing a question mark while on the youtube web site? Like all Google sites, this is generally a feature that will bring up a list of keyboard commands. For me it indicates a Capital P can be used to play the previous video. I believe that in at least some cases, the Safari back command will command-[ will also work to take you to the previous video.
