So this just gets weirder and weirder. When I reset the HomePod, all went as expected until it got to the point where it was transferring settings. Then I got an error message that the HomePod couldn’t connect to wifi. I retried resetting, with no luck. We have a HomePod that we’re not using—long story—so I decided to try that one, thinking that perhaps the wifi in the original one had somehow broken. That one reset automatically, but I went through the same thing, all worked well until I got the error message Unable to Join wifi. This would lead me to believe that there’s a problem with our wifi, but one HomePod, two minis, one Apple TV, five Sonos speakers, and one iPad are all connected and having no issues.
At this point, I’m clueless. I don’t even know what to try next. Anyone have any thoughts?
