To change what the Q does just find it in the table move right and choose
another item from the list. To remove it find it in the table and then stop
interacting with the table and click the remove button.
MacOS has several other expandable tables like in the keyboard shortcuts and
Network areas of system preferences that act almost identical. So if you can
learn to control this dialog then perhaps the others will become intuitive for
you.
