Not sure where you did your Covid vaccination but I did mine at Walgreens and in the Walgreens app was a place where I could export to Apple wallet. I know the same is true if you can view it through your my chart as well if you have that. Not sure about actually downloading it and trying to put it in Apple wallet as I would assume it would have to be some sort of format.
