I am trying to help two people, one has a 2020 intel Mac-book Air and another person with a 2020 M1 Mac-book Pro. They are both trying to adjust the display settings on they're Macs to turn off after three hours. I had them both go into the battery in system preferences and go to power adapter. From they're, they could find the slider and adjust the value. when going back in to double check however, it defaults back to the previous setting. I have a Macbook pro 2019 and do not have this issue. What is also interesting is on mine, I have the button to make and prevent changes and they do not but maybe that’s because I use file vault. Another issue, the user’s VO on the macbook pro will not turn on at startup. The box is checked in users and groups for it to turn on at login. Any ideas? Herbie
