Hi, I’ve pasted in part of our conversation. This handles the adding of languages in System Prefs which should not have been affected by a VoiceOver reset. Those languages are somewhat independent of VO, although connected in other ways. Do you have your Voice set to Automatically detect new languages? Press VO-cmd-shift-left or right until you hear VO say “Voice”, and make sure you’ve selected the Automatically Detect item.
