I haven't seen the email address, but I can take a stab at this. sometimes folks post spam-free addresses on websites. They'll put the actual word "at" instead of the @ (at) symbol, or maybe a space in the email. when you have the "to" field in your mail application, check it out to see what the issue is. It should have the format "[email protected]', for example.
