Hi, I have to use 1password for work and I have found that on the Mac, 1password in Chrome is much more consistent. I tend to use command+\ to invoke it. Safari is generally just a frustrating experience, when it works with the arrow keys it is great but it doesn't often work. Sending them an email is a great idea. Brett
