Go into focus under Settings and look for Do Not Disturb. check your settings. Are certain people allowed, is repeated calls within 3 minutes on or off. Also, with Zoom, make sure the Call kit is enabled in the settings. That way, calls come in as Call-waiting instead of a disruption.
