Hi, The iPhone has a stock Measure app as well as a built-in level. They are both accessible, although I don’t remember how to use the Measure app. The Level is part of the Compass app. Just do a three-finger swipe from right to left to land on page 2 and the level should be there for you. I’m not familiar with a scale like that, although just because I’m not familiar, doesn’t mean that there’s not something out there. If you could find a talking luggage scale, that might do the trick.
