Hi,

The App Library instances are important, so you should not get rid of them.  
I’m not certain that it will even let you get rid of it.  Items that are 
folders, are items that you’ve created yourself, whereas the App Library 
instances are where the specific app, such as Pages, likes to save its content. 
 These App Library items are accessible to all your devices that are using 
iCloud Drive and have that app enabled for iCloud Drive.  If there’s stuff 
inside the Pages folder that is just a folder, you can copy and paste it into 
the App Library version and delete that folder version of Pages.
