Hi Andrew, to be honnest: Using Pages and exporting to Word works but I’d never rely on it fully. I’d use Pages and asked a sighted assistant afterwards. You could ask your own assistant or you could use a service like Aira for iPhone to check whether the layout looks well. But all in all exporting from Pages works fine. It depends how suffisticated the layout might be.
