I’ve never encountered this issue, and nor has it been reported here previously as far as I can remember. Is your Mac OS operating system up to date? Version 12.4 is current. Also, what kind of keyboard is it (in case that makes a difference)?

This happens when I press only one arrow key. It happens often while writing: I'll arrow over to a word earlier in a sentence, and then suddenly quick nav will be on, or the cursor will behave erratically, and I'll have to double-L/R arrow a few times to shake quick nav off of me and carry on. Happens like 2-3 times an hour, maybe more.
