Hi, First, you should not mess with the name of the Data drive related to the system volume. Normally, this will not crash your system, although Disk Utility may take a quite a while to determine what’s what. Try giving it a five or ten minutes to resolve the drive, then see if you can manipulate it from within Disk Utility. Terminal is also an option, but it may still give you the spinning of death before it’s found in Terminal as well.
