I guess there are things that I need to install first I think.
It used to be complicated, requiring you to compile BRLTTY on the Mac
and to compile a patched version of GNU Screen. This has been discussed
on the BRLTTY mailing list from time to time.
I don't know whether any of the above has changed in recent years. I
just use VoiceOver's braille support. It's your decision whether all the
complexity of installing and maintaining BRLTTY in a Mac OS environment
is worthwhile.
