A few years back, when Spectrum absorbed Brighthouse where we were living near Clearwater, Florida we had the same issue with our road runner .rr.com <http://rr.com/> accounts. After going back and forth with local and non-local Brighthouse and spectrum techs it was finally decided that they would get back to us when a fix was discovered. Two years later we moved to Pennsylvania and Comcast Country. I can’t even begin to enumerate the differences between Brighthouse Spectrum and Comcast. Relating to accessibility.
