Hi all, For the last 2/3 months, our Apple TV has been behaving very oddly. First, it always starts up with no speech. I have to triple click the Home button several times to get Voiceover to start. Second, with some regularity, from within Up Next, we go to watch an episode in a TV series that is in my library, and I’m prompted to rent the episode, or start a trial of a new streaming service and watch it there. From the Up Next menu, there is no way for me to watch the episode. The only way to do it is to back out of Up Next, and go find the episode in my library. For series that ran for several years, this can be kind of a pain. I have tried resetting the Apple TV, but that has not solved the issue. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any ideas of where the problem could be coming from? TIA, Donna
