Voiceover does not speak at login by default. You can turn it on
with command F5. Then you want to go to System preferences, Users and
Groups, navigate to Login Options in the table. Navigate right the
Accessibility Options button, activate it. Interact with the table and
put a check on Voiceover. Stop interacting and click the Ok button.

turned on vo ant logged into my account. Now that it's home Nothing seems to
happen when I turn it on. I don't know if it's not booting or if vo isn't
