There are several you can use if Quicknav is off. K will pause/play, command up or down arrow will adjust the volume level, Shift M goes to the next video. They appear once you launch a video. It’s not quite the top of the screen, but you can find them past the notifications button. If using Quicknav, just hit B for button and you will get to the player controls.
