You have several options. One way regardless of the file type is to do a VO M which brings up your Menu bar and hit the letter F to bring up the file menu. Aero down to Save Attachments, and hit enter or VO Space. You can then choose your location. Another option is to interact with the message and VO End. You will see the attachment and you can VO Space. You will see options to save to your default downloads folder or you can still choose your location. If it’s an audio file, hit tab until you get to the play button and do a VO Shift M which will bring up the context menu. You can then go down to save attachments. I use the latter methods myself, but I will use the file menu if the email has multiple attachments that I want in one place.
