I have a quite specific question and then a more general issue.

First, the specific question; in Word help I read that using the key sequence 
<COMMAND><+> will insert the current time and/or time in the focussed cell.  I 
presume the cell must be formatted appropriately prior to deploying this key 
sequence.  I did format the cell for date, but when I entered <COMMAND><+> I 
got absolutely nothing. Can anybody offer some advice here?

Now, for the more general question; is there a quick and convenient way to view 
a list of such key combinations? Activating help and searching for specific 
such key combinations is quite tedious and I’d prefer to have a simple list to 
reference.
