Is this something you want to do on a time based / focus based level, or just in general. With the new MacOS, it is possible to hide certain inboxes in certain focus modes. Otherwise it is just matter of navigating the list of mailboxes. The All Mailboxes folder can be expanded with either right arrow or VO-backslash. Or you can navigate to the Outlook account in the mailboxes list and then finding the inbox folder there.
