To get VoiceOver to read attributes, you can use the verbosity rotor with VO V, and make your choices in there. There are a number of choices in there, but the one you want is text attributes. Move to it with VO left and right arrows, move to the settings there with up and down. I have never set up an activity, so I don’t know how to get VoiceOver to turn it on every time you go to an app or web site. Maybe somebody else can add to this.
