Hi all, I have no idea if what I’m about to write will make sense, but here goes.
So let’s say that on my iPhone Lock Screen the volume is displayed as 25%. That can mean very different things from one day to the next, even listening to the same music or radio station. One day, 25% will be really loud, and I’ll be adjusting the volume down. The next day it will be barely audible, and I’ll be adjusting it back up. There seems to be no pattern or consistency. I have two questions. First, anyone know why this happens? Second, is there any way to sort of reset that speaker volume level? Let me explain. The HomePod mini in the bedroom is always very low. Listening to something at 25% is barely audible, and it’s noticeably lower than the other HomePods. Is there a way to turn it up, without setting everything else in the house to blasting? Put another way, is there a way to reset the baseline volume of the speaker against which the volume level is measured, and without changing the volume on other speakers? I hope this make sense. :) Thanks, Donna -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
