You may also try the rotor search VO-U. When you bring this up pressing
left/right brings up various choices: hot spots, links, headings, buttons…
So use these until you find the type you are looking for and then type 1 or 2
characters in that item you are looking for.
For example in Youtube typing sub while in the heading rotor list brings up
Subscriptions and then pressing enter moves the voiceover cursor to that
heading.
This is one place (when it works ) that VoiceOver Macintosh is far superior to
any other screen reader I have used.
