Interesting that I was able to navigate the page even as it said 90% loaded on
Big Sur. One thing you can try is to disable JavaScript, often in webpages that
have constant animation moving elements around, the extra time required for the
browser to tell VOiceOver that something has moved causes everything to get
stuck. You can temporarily disable JavaScript and see if that helps either in
the “Developer” menu if you have it enabled or in the Security tab of Safari
Preferences.
