I personally have not noticed any degradation of accessibility on the MacOS 
platforms.  I suspect that the old adage “Familiarity breeds contempt” may be 
at play here!

Furthermore, unless someone is using both MacOS with VoiceOver and MS-Windows 
with JAWS (or an alternative screen reader) what would be the basis of 
comparison anyway?
