Guys, I have some US Letter sized Pdf documents which I need to convert to A4 before scanning them and e-mailing them to Europe. I can’t send Letter sized docs because the margins won’t work and the result will be rejected. I need to convert specific documents to be saved as PdFs in A4 so that they can be signed and notarized and rescanned, again as A4, to be sent to Europe.
Without buying any software, particularly from Adobe, which I detest, how can I convert Letter Pdfs to A4 then sign and scan them back as A4 for sending to Europe?
