Hi. I know this is late but I find when using the Playroom on Safari with screen reader mode which of course uses Voiceover, speech interrupts itself when I play games on it. My speech is at a normal rate which is what I like so that could be the problem. For that I use Microsoft Edge with the self voicing option. It works very well although I wish I could use Control+Function+Page Down to jump to the end of the message history.
