Hi again all, I need some more help with my mack . I was wondering how to open a folder in my document folder on the mack? I also saved too of my textbooks in my documents but they are pdfs how do I open them on the mack to read them ? I tried doing VOL seven to hear the time it will not do it and also when I try VOL eight to fine out what my battery is . I have a late 2014 matchbook laptop. Any help with these items . Becky
