And just one more thing.

Once you find a workout you like, you can add it to your library, and even 
download it to your device.  After you’ve added it to your library, all you 
have to do to access it is scroll to the bottom of the opening screen.  
There’ll be a heading that says Your Library, and all your workouts will show 
up there, so you can just go straight to the one you want.
