In my experience, these are server side issues that must be addressed by accessing your email provider’s web portal. I suggest that you login to your email account using the providers web site, go to the Junk folder, and mark any item in the folder that is not junk as “Not Junk”..

I disabled the junk mail, but it continued to move emails to the junk folder. So I reenabled the junk mail feature, & chose to mark mail as junk, but leave in the inbox. Guess what? It continued to move them to the junk folder. So be ware, this may be happending to you without knowing it. So go check the junk folder. I heard on a podcast that others were having trouble with the Mac junk mail. They said if you move email from the junk folder to the inbox folder, that it would train the junk filter, but this is not working. I am moving about 60 emails per day from the junk folder. I also reset the junk filter with no luck. Thanks for any help, Rob -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
