There should be a tab called “virtual volunteer,” that you can click on to sign up there, I think all I had to do was click the button to be added to their waiting list, then just wait to get their e-mail. To my understanding, there’s no set time frame though, as to when you’re granted access; I was granted access in about a week, as where I heard other people say they’ve been on the waiting list for about a month, so just prepare yourself.
