Just be sure you are interacting with the document itself. Check Preview settings and make sure yit scrolls the document continuously. This is not a guarantee that VO-a will read from beginning to end though. You might have to kick it along as some PDFs are simply not formatted properly from my experience. You can try to open the PDF in Microsoft Word if you have it on your system.
