Oh this is genius, I had no idea there was a shortcut for that dialog. I was 
always going into the home ribbon and finding it manually. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    I don’t know if there is an actual keyboard shortcut, but press 
command-option-m for the Paragraph dialog and navigate to the right until you 
hit the popup menu for line spacing, It’s single by default.
