MarsEdit works really great for blind users. I know you can add images to your posts. While preparing a new post there’s a lable saying "Featured Image“. There you can load a video to your post. I unfortunately don’t know how you can link this video in the post. I’ve never dealt with videos. So Marsedit might not fulfill your needs. I might have been wrong here. Sorry.
